06Legal basis
We process personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations. Depending on the situation we rely on your consent (when you send us a brief), on performance of a contract (when we deliver a project), or on a legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
08Client data we process on your behalf
When we build or operate a system for you, we may access data belonging to your business and to your own customers. In that relationship you are the data controller and we act as a processor.
We handle that data only on your instructions, restrict access to the team members working on your project, and delete or return it at the end of the engagement on request. We are happy to sign a separate data processing agreement or NDA where your business needs one.
09International transfers
Some of the providers we use store data outside Saudi Arabia. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer contractual safeguards and meet the PDPL requirements for cross-border transfers.
10How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into projects are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Project records and correspondence are kept for the life of the engagement. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period Saudi tax law requires. Analytics data expires on our provider's standard retention schedule.
11Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), managed cloud infrastructure, and least-privilege access for our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures — and we will notify you and the competent authority of a breach affecting your personal data as the PDPL requires.
12Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:

This website and our services are meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
